Regular repetition — the key to success
Pilates is about retraining your nervous system, so you will need to be consistent in your training schedule to achieve the results you are looking for. We recommend that you repeat your programme three times a week as a minimum.
You should set aside specific times to carry out your TonyPilates™ programme, as if you were attending a one on one session in a Pilates studio, and try your best to keep to your intended regime. TonyPilates™ can assist you with this by our automated training reminders.
Once you are registered and logged into the system, you can set-up your planned training program via an easy to use interface and we will take care of the rest.Email reminders
You can schedule email reminders the evening before, or on the morning of your planned training session. You may also elect to receive monthly inspirational emails from the TonyPilates™ team, but these are not compulsory if you don't want them. Email reminders are completely free to receive.
Mobile reminders
You can schedule an alert to your mobile phone up to 2 hours before your training session, to remind you to start getting prepared for your session. Mobile reminders cost only 25p per reminder and are the perfect way to make sure you don't forget!
