More Information About The Pilates System

Step 1 – Firstly you need to Register and complete the pre-exercise questionnaire, this is so we can ensure you are physically able to do pilates.

Step 2 – Then there is an online assessment, i.e. a number of questions about your current posture and how you feel carrying out a few basic movements.

Step 3 – You can then upload a side view photograph and although this is optional it will assist greatly in assessing your posture type.

Step 4 – All you need to do then is select your course payment option and then your individual course will be available online or to download.

Step 5 – Each programme will consist of 15-20 movements demonstrated for you from three camera angles along with comprehensive instructions to ensure the movement is carried out correctly.

The demonstration in the Introduction section gives you a working example of how the movements are displayed from three camera angles that can be interchanged so you view the movement from the view that suits you best. We have chosen the best camera angle that suits each movement, but you can select the camera angle that you prefer.
